irritants. You are in tune with and at ONE with the sensuality and
depth of beauty in nature and within your own self. Your body
becomes Erotic and Electric because you are in sync with Divine
Source Energy! Yes, Divine Source Energy is Electric & Erotic.
When you begin to have this kind of experience through RADIANT
HEALTH, you have a lot of Energy and Power. You Begin to genuinely
love yourself. And then, of course, it is a natural by product that you
become very attractive to others.
This is where INTENTION and ETHICS enter in, i.e.: CRITERIA to use
for choosing what to DO with this abundance of Energy and Force of
inner Attraction and Power.

Sincere Intention to be in sync with DIVINE SOURCE ENERGY

DON’T HARM YOURSELF EITHER: A person might conclude that if you love someone and they want you to be a certain way, which, at your CORE, you are not, that you should acquiesce. No, no, no. It goes like this: YOU MIGHT wish to bend in certain ways that please people you love, but when it comes to the CORE of who you are, and your SOUL’S
DESIRE of how you want to live your life, bring no HARM to your own Inner Self.

Why am I going through the hoops of addressing Intention and Ethics prior to discussing Eroticism of Spirituality? Because most people see Eroticism & Spirituality as separate, and even opposing concepts. I am saying you can live a fuller, more joyful life if you don’t put them in separate boxes, and that they are most definitely not opposing concepts. And in order to do that, I feel you must address the Ethics of Truth and Intention as prerequisite. Why do you want to do this or even think about it? Because, to my mind, I want EVERYTHING in my life to be Spiritual. I am also an Erotic being. I have found that to separate these concepts is neither joyful nor Truthful! To understand this in the deepest part of your being, is a great blessing. This is the BIGGEST GOODEST NEWS!

I ALWAYS WANTED, AND KNEW, THAT THE ENTIRETY OF MY LIFE NEEDED TO BE UNIFIED: SIMULTANEOUSLY EROTIC & SPIRITUAL. IT IS MY EXPERIENCE THAT THIS IS NOT ONLY POSSIBLE, BUT THAT THIS IS TRUTH.

Examples from my life:

• If I love someone and I want to express my love in a physical manner, I want that love to be Erotic and stemming from Spirit. I don’t want there to be some intellectual idea somewhere within me that says one is Spiritual Love, one is Secular Love. This Knowing that they are One has enriched my life. You cannot dictate that this will be the belief of your partner, but it will, nevertheless, make an undeniable difference in the quality of energy that your partner is receiving from YOU.
Experience for me: Erotic & Spiritual.

• When I held my child in my arms for the first time, I buckled at the knees, and experienced what I can only describe as Rapture. Where did this come from. It came from the overwhelming love in my heart and the openness to fully experience it within my body. Fully present with Divine Source Energy? Oh yes.

• When my mother died at a very young age, I was ripped open. She was the closest person in my life. I prayed to be able to handle this. I was bathed in Light. My body was buzzing, vibrating. I KNEW she was changed, not dead.

• My friend, Julia, JUST before she died, seemed transported. Her sister, Marg, asked her what she was experiencing. Seemingly annoyed at being distracted, she retorted, “Ecstasy, my darling, Ecstasy!”

• Georgia O’Keefe, hounded by blather that all her flowers looked like vaginas, said simply: “I painted them big so you could SEE them.” Truth be told, some of us, myself included, saw them, and a number of her other paintings, as doors, windows, and passage ways to infinity, to a center, the core of existence, something Erotic & Spiritual. Choose your Truth well. A PERSON’S PERCEPTIONS DEFINE THEM.

A very long time ago, I had a sign engraved for my desk, and it said ‘The only thing you can’t afford is a negative thought.’ I wanted to take my daughter to Europe and I had no money. We went. The money came. We went, in fact, three Christmases in a row. This is good stuff. It’s Pollyanna, yes. I tell people ‘Pollyanna works!’ Highly underrated she is.

S.A.D. - Standard American Diet is poison, hon. I’m giving you THE REAL DEAL in a nutshell. Find out about THE REAL DEAL. I’ll help you. I’ve worked with people for years and I-walk-my-talk. Breaking a Fast

“Even a fool can fast, but a wise man knows how to break a fast properly”

Breaking a fast is the most significant, and perhaps hardest part of the fast. The effect of the fast can be compromised if it is not broken with discipline. The main discipline to follow is...DO NOT OVER EAT. The second practice is to take several days to transition back to your new diet. If the fast is under ten days then about four days is sufficient. If it is over ten days, then add one day for every four days of the fast. The third practice is to chew your food slowly and extremely well. The reason for this is that during a fast one’s digestive system has taken a rest and it often restarts slowly. By chewing one’s food well we help support the digestive system. To further reactivate digestion it is helpful to break the fast after 10AM, as this is the time that the powers of digestion begin to become activated. It is also useful to add ginger and citrus juices as digestive stimulants.

At the end of a fast the body is able to absorb more nutrients with less food. Research had shown that we normally absorb 35% of what we take in. At the end of a fast the food utilization is up to 85%. The end of a fast is an extraordinary opportunity to reorganize ourselves around a new quality of diet. Our cellular memory has been cleared and our sensory system associated with eating has been cleared. What we put back into our bodies can really be what we want to rebuild our bodies with.

A general schedule program for coming off a seven to ten day fast is:

Day 1: Continue juices and broth schedule: apple after 10AM and a small vegetable salad between 1 - 2 PM

Day 2: 5 organic prunes or figs with the soaking water for breakfast; a fresh vegetable salad for lunch; vegetable broth with the veggies in the soup, for dinner; and two apples as a snack in between meals. Begin to diminish juices as per your convenience.

Day 3: Same as day two, add a little quinoa for lunch and if you wish: discontinue the juices.

Day 4: Larger portions if desired.

Fasting and Spiritual Awareness

Fasting not only accomplishes a physiological regeneration and rejuvenation of your body, but has a profound stimulating effect on your mental faculties. It also increases your spiritual awareness. It is important, therefore, to adopt a proper relaxed attitude. Try to disassociate yourself from the usual everyday problems and the worries of the material world, and let the refinement and perfection of your inner self come to the fore as the ultimate purpose of our existence.

Fasting is the time of rest, meditation and renewal of body, mind and spirit. In most religions - Oriental, Hebrew, Christian, Muhammadan - periodic fasting plays a vital part, for two reasons: one, to keep the body (the temple of the spirit) clean; two, to keep the spirit attuned with its Divine source.

You will notice that during fasting your visual and mental perception and awareness of aesthetic beauty will be sharpened and that your thoughts will gradually raise from a lower, everyday level of unpleasant realities to higher realities, concerned with the purpose and meaning of your Divinely designed life. Your daily walk in the woods will be a new and totally different experience. The singing of the birds will sound like the most inspiring Bach oratory, and the tall trees will appear as mystic gothic cathedrals. You heart will rejoice, our earthly problems will seem unimportant, and you’ll feel happy to be alive. You will count your blessings instead o your problems.
And you will be amazed at how your mental activity will be sharpened and how thoughts and new ideas will flow with ease.

All in all, your first fasting will be a wonderful experience , which will recharge, renew and rejuvenate your whole personality - mind, body, and Spirit.
